The cleaner contacted prior to arrival to confirm it was still convenient to call at the agreed time. He explained and showed me what he has done, and once finished asked me to check if I was happy with the cleaning, which I confirmed. He was very efficient and courteous and completed the work in a shorter time than anticipated. I cannot fault this level of service. Thank you very much.

We recently had Proactive Cleaners in to deep clean the kitchen at The Woolpack pub, and I couldn’t be more impressed. What a fantastic company and team. From my initial query that was handled by Rai until the job was finished everyone was so professional, empathetic and all round great to work with. The team came to clear out a lot of household waste and junk that has built up in my property over the last 20 odd years and they tackled this head on (and in the heatwave) with no complaints. They continued to check in to ensure they didnt throw away any important documents and they even found very old photo albums and put them to one side for me. I would recommend proactive to everyone and anyone and I'm even ready to have them come back and fix up my paint in the house. Thank you Proactive 🙂
